How do I return an item?

Ritzy Twins Children's Boutique strives to have you completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving shipment for a Return Authorization Number(RAN). After a RAN# is requested, you will receive it via email within 48 hours. This RAN# must be on the outside of the return package. Items returned without a RAN on package will not be accepted. All authorized returns must be postmarked and shipped within 21 days from the original shipment delivery date, via USPS, UPS or Federal Express with tracking. Item(s) must have original receipt, tags attached with no sign of tampering, be unworn, undamaged, odor free and in original packaging. Shoes must be returned with original shoe box and should not have postal stickers attached. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund your credit/debit card (less original shipping charge) within 5 business days.

* After 14 days of receipt of order, all items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
* Items discounted on sale at 30-49% are eligible for store credit only.
* Items discounted on clearance at 50% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
* All Swimwear are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned.
* Holiday theme items are considered FINAL SALE the day of holiday.
* Shipping for returned/exchanged items are at the expense of purchaser.
* Original shipping charges for returned/exchanged items are non-refundable.
* Original complimentary shipping charges for any returned item will be deducted from refund total.
* Exchanged items receive complimentary free shipping.
